All IT systems come with live on-call support services available when the office needs them.

All systems are integrated together allowing customizable control over what software access is available at each workstation, when and where telephone calls are routed, and who can access what information…all controlled by the practice.

NCDR provides industry leading compliance support to its affiliated practices ensuring the highest level of compliance and clinical oversight to the practice owners in the industry.

A leading dental compliance expert recently reviewed NCDR’s compliance support program and determined it was the most comprehensive he had encountered to date. We are proud of the robust compliance support program we have developed.

Compliance support includes institutionalizing and organizing a variety of vital compliance functions including clinical chart auditing, billing audits, development and delivery of annual compliance training to employees, and office compliance programs for our affiliated practices

NCDR’s clinical chart auditing process, enabled by our electronic dental records system, allows for wide spread chart auditing by independent external auditors and senior dentists within the practices. This provides a high level of oversight and extensive clinical quality peer review for every dentist.

NCDR provides its affiliated practices state of the art Billing and Collections services providing each practice security in their compliance to billing regulations as well as a high level of efficiency.

We work with hundreds of insurance companies across the nation enabling each practice to be credentialed with the companies they want, when they want.

Reports on Billing and Collections are available real time to each practice down to the claim level at any time and place. Compliance reporting is integrated into the system assuring that procedures are coded and billed correctly the first time.

Nationally our collections rate with insurance companies is over 95% ensuring our affiliated practices a dependable cash flow from their billings.

NCDR’s administrative services provide affiliated practices with all facets of business back office support to help manage and build their practices.

Our marketing staff can create and execute a wide variety of programs at the direction of the practice to help educate and build its patient base.

Our operations staff can assist affiliated practices with custom reporting, data analysis, non-clinical training, sourcing continuing education classes, and working with the practices to build efficiencies into the non-clinical operations.

Affiliated practices are afforded the use of a national call center to handle all over flow and off hours patient calls.

Patients are never lost due to their inability to reach offices. At the direction of each office, over flow calls can be routed to the call center where highly trained Patient Service Representatives can schedule their appointments using the same schedule and booking rules and systems set up in each office.

NCDR provides a full suite of HR services including payroll processing, HR consulting and compliance, and recruiting.

All based on the direction from the practice, NCDR provides practices with a customizable suite of HR services reducing a large administrative burden for each practice and ensuring compliance with complex labor and employee regulations.

The Construction team can further assist practices when it comes time to remodel their offices by working with them to keep their facilities in excellent condition while keeping the costs and down time of construction as low as possible.

The Facilities Services team leverages its national contacts to assure each office is a clean, well equipped, and safe environment for the patients and staff.

NCDR can provide a fully customizable daily cleaning service to fit each offices needs.

Our national equipment maintenance contracts ensure that equipment is serviced based on the manufacturers recommendations and quickly repaired or replaced with problems occur.
